Enitharmon
I've been a teacher (but I'm better now), a computer whizz, a journalist and occasional broadcaster. I have a foot in each of C P Snow's "Two Cultures" with one degree in physics and another in literature and philosophy.
I've enjoyed photography since I was first allowed into my dad's darkroom, and I still enjoy the process even if it's harder and harder to avoid the digital menace. I write crime fiction, and I enjoy the kind of food and drink that is produced and sold with love rather than churned out in a factory and piled high in a supermarket. You could call me a twenty-first century luddite. Or a steampunk if you prefer.
In 2006 I returned to my home town to write, take photographs and be near the sea and the mountains.
